Why I love Pilates.

Pilates is not just a form of exercise, it’s a technique that can enable people to live their life to the full! Pilates can give you the tools to unlock your body’s full potential so you can move in a safer, happier and healthier way.

It can help anyone no matter what your goal is, whether it’s rehabilitation, weight loss, flexibility or strength.

How I teach.

I teach by listening and responding to the needs of my clients. I aim to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated during my class, so I offer plenty of modifications and options so that anyone can participate whether it is your first lesson and you would like a gentle approach, or you are a regular who really wants that extra challenge!

Other than Pilates I spend my time.

Lecturing in Performing Arts at Manukau Institute of Technology where I work with the talented students to help them achieve their creative dreams. I spend my spare time training in circus arts and I also specialise in making amazing smoothies!

Who inspires me.

My students – They constantly inspire me to continue with my learning so that I can be the best teacher I can be. I am also inspired by their discipline and motivation to achieve their goals – observing hard work in action is truly rewarding!

What my ideal date would be.

I am a bit of a romantic, so I would have to be swept of my feet!! I mean – literally sweep me off my feet, take me bungee jumping!
