Why I love Pilates.
I discovered Pilates as a conditioning practice while I was studying contemporary dance at Uni. For me Pilates is a great way of staying strong and flexible, it complements my artistic passion (contemporary dance) and it allows me to connect with awesome people!
How I teach.
I like to think that I am very bubbly and encouraging, I love creating a light hearted enjoyable atmosphere in my classes. It is a privilege to be able to move, I want to help my clients gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of their own bodies. Working towards a goal is something that I take really seriously, which means that we will pack heaps into a 45 min session, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t have a good laugh while were at it!
Other than Pilates I spend my time.
At Mainly Dance Studios, teaching dance and fitness classes to all ages. I spend my spare time trying out youtube recipes and then eating them with my BIG family.

What my ideal date would be.
A top secret picnic location. Bread, cheese and wine are essential.
